Flights arrive directly from Delhi, Mumbai, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Ahmedabad.
The
nearest railway station to Sirsi is Jaipur which is very well connected
by train to the rest of the country. The Pink City Express, the Chetak
Express and several other trains leave from the Old Delhi Railway
Station. The most luxurious option is the Palace-on-Wheels, which
leaves Delhi weekly.
In
addition, going by the Delhi-Jaipur national highway takes about five
hours. Bus service is available between Jaipur and other major North
Indian cities.
Finally, if extreme heat is a deterrent, then the best time of year to visit Jaipur is between October and March.
The
Jaipur Polo and Riding Club is located in Sirsi village on the
outskirts of Jaipur. Whether you arrive in Jaipur by air, rail or road,
you can either take a private taxi or hop on a bus to the Club.
